What happens after you book
- We text your job number to your mobile straight away, with a link to track the repair. Keep that number — it is what we look you up by if you ring.
- We confirm the final quote after inspecting the device. If we open it up and find something the booking did not cover, we contact you — repairs only go ahead with your approval.
- You can follow the repair at Track My Repair using that job number.
- We let you know as soon as it is ready to collect.

Pickup & delivery
Free in the Wollongong CBD, and up to $40 for the surrounding suburbs. We confirm the exact fee before we set out.
Before you bring it in
- Back up anything you would hate to lose. We take care with your data, but no repair on a damaged device is risk-free.
- Be ready to unlock the device yourself when you drop it off, so we can test the repair. We do not ask for or store passcodes.
- Turn off Find My iPhone or your Google account lock if you can — otherwise the device may refuse to activate after the repair.
- Take the case and screen protector off, and bring your charger if the fault is charging-related.
