- How long does a typical repair take?
- Most phone screens and batteries are done the same day, usually within an hour or two. MacBooks and board-level work take longer because parts are ordered in — several days is normal.
- Do you use genuine parts?
- We fit high-quality OEM-equivalent parts that meet or exceed the original specification, and genuine parts on request at additional cost. Where a repair is sold at more than one grade, we show you both and let you choose.
- What warranty do you offer?
- Most repairs carry a minimum 6 months, and most screen and battery replacements 12 months. Water damage is the exception and carries no warranty. All of this is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Is my data safe during a repair?
- We never access your personal data, and we never ask for a passcode unless it is genuinely needed to test the repair. Back up before any repair anyway — that is true of any repair anywhere.
- Can you fix water damaged phones?
- Often, yes — ultrasonic cleaning and component-level repair. We assess it first so you know what you are paying for. It carries no warranty, because corrosion keeps spreading after a device is cleaned: a phone working when you collect it can still fail later from the original spill.
