What we repair

iPhone

Cracked screens and worn batteries are most of what comes through the door, and most iPhones are done while you wait. We work on everything back to the iPhone 8, including the current models — 46 iPhones are priced in the list the estimator reads.

Prices and details

Samsung Galaxy

The widest price list in the shop: 140 Galaxy models, from current S-series and Z folds back through the A-series. Screens, batteries, charging ports, back glass and cameras.

Prices and details

Google Pixel

Pixel screens, batteries, charging ports, back glass and cameras, across 29 models from the current Pixel range back through the older ones. Most phone repairs are same-day.

Prices and details

iPad

iPad screens, batteries and charging ports. Tablets take longer than phones — the glass is larger, more of it is bonded, and it has to be given time to set properly rather than rushed.

Prices and details

MacBook

MacBook screens, batteries and keyboards, plus board-level work. These are ordered-in repairs rather than same-day ones — the parts are not held on a shelf and the job is not a swap.

Prices and details

Samsung Galaxy Tab

Galaxy Tab screens, batteries and charging ports across 30 models. Like any tablet these take longer than a phone, because there is more glass and more adhesive.

Prices and details

Apple Watch

Apple Watch screens and batteries. Every Watch is assessed before it is quoted — they are small, tightly built, and what looks like one fault is often another.

Prices and details

Logic Board Repair

Board-level work: no-power faults, water damage recovery, and micro-soldering on phone and MacBook logic boards. This is the work other shops send away — it is done here, on the bench.

Other Brands

Oppo, Vivo, Sony, Realme, Xiaomi, Redmi, OnePlus, Nothing, Motorola, Huawei, Nokia and the rest. These are repaired in the shop, but they are not on the online price list — so instead of showing you a number we cannot stand behind, we look at the device and quote it.

Frequently asked

How long does a typical repair take?
Most phone screens and batteries are done the same day, usually within an hour or two. MacBooks and board-level work take longer because parts are ordered in — several days is normal.
Do you use genuine parts?
We fit high-quality OEM-equivalent parts that meet or exceed the original specification, and genuine parts on request at additional cost. Where a repair is sold at more than one grade, we show you both and let you choose.
What warranty do you offer?
Most repairs carry a minimum 6 months, and most screen and battery replacements 12 months. Water damage is the exception and carries no warranty. All of this is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Is my data safe during a repair?
We never access your personal data, and we never ask for a passcode unless it is genuinely needed to test the repair. Back up before any repair anyway — that is true of any repair anywhere.
Can you fix water damaged phones?
Often, yes — ultrasonic cleaning and component-level repair. We assess it first so you know what you are paying for. It carries no warranty, because corrosion keeps spreading after a device is cleaned: a phone working when you collect it can still fail later from the original spill.
