Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty periods

  • Screen replacement — 12 months
  • Battery replacement — 12 months
  • Charging port, cameras, speaker, microphone, NFC, taptic, camera glass, back glass, frame — 6 months
  • Logic board / micro-soldering repairs — 3 months

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the parts we install
  • Workmanship faults from the repair we performed

What the warranty does not cover

  • Physical damage, drops, cracks or impact after the repair
  • Liquid or moisture damage occurring after the repair
  • Loss of water/dust resistance — opening the device may compromise the original IP rating
  • Software issues unrelated to the part we replaced
  • Damage caused by another repairer, third-party parts or DIY work
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. battery cycle decline within Apple/Samsung specs)
  • Pre-existing faults flagged at intake but not repaired

Conditions for a warranty claim

  • Original repair receipt or booking number must be presented
  • The device must be returned to us for inspection — remote diagnosis isn't accepted
  • Anti-tamper indicators must be intact; opening the device or removing our seals voids the warranty
  • The warranty applies only to the original customer and is not transferable

These terms are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we don't exclude or limit.
