Our terms, warranty, and privacy information

Warranty Policy

All repairs performed by Phone Repair Wollongong come with a warranty in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Periods

  • Screen replacements: 12 months
  • Battery replacements: 12 months
  • Charging port repairs: 6 months
  • Camera repairs: 6 months
  • Logic board repairs: 3 months
  • Water damage repairs: 3 months

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. If a replacement part fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, liquid damage)
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

Australian Consumer Law: Our warranty is provided in addition to your consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
